Last Sunday, I had the pleasure of taking photos at the Detroit Institute of Arts Lecture Hall. It was a very special concert by internationally acclaimed pianist, Maria Meirelles. She performed an all French selection, and the concert was sponsored by the Alliance Francaise (French Institute) of Michigan. It was very enjoyable, and made me realize that I very much love the DIA!

She was wonderful wasn't she? I am one of her younger piano students and its always a pleasure to listen to her play.
